These statements describe Priority Consult Limited’s approach to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the steps we continue to take in ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, human trafficking, forced and compulsory labour, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

 

Priority Consult is committed to fully supporting the Government in its effort to eradicating modern slavery and human trafficking.

 

Our Business

We provide consultancy services to enterprises and small businesses to help them meet their business objectives securely. We are a team of Cyber Security professionals who leverage our experiences to provide customised approach to meet our client's needs since every business is different.

Our Policies

At Priority Consult we commit to the following statements.

  • We have a zero tolerance to any form of modern slavery. We do not hold any persons in slavery or servitude and do not require any persons to perform forced or compulsory labour.

  • We commit to paying a living wage to all employees.

  • We will not engage with individuals or businesses that are involved in human trafficking.

  • We will abide by all applicable legislative requirements and will uphold the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Due Diligence Processes

We have internal policies that ensure we conduct our business in the most ethical way.

  • In all cases, our employees are duly registered with the government and checks are completed to ensure persons are who they claim to be.

  • Due diligence is incorporated within our recruitment and employment process ensures that all employees are eligible to work in the UK.

Risk Assessments

Because risks can lie where you least expect; we ensure we look in both the obvious and not so obvious places.

 

  • We conduct risk assessment on all third-party suppliers prior to engagement to identify where slavery and human trafficking may be taking place. We only contract where there is no evidence of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain.

Monitoring

Our continuous monitoring and effective management oversight ensure we can keep tabs on what matters.

  • We periodically monitor the effectiveness of the controls and systems we have put in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery or human trafficking taking place in our business or supply chains.

Training

Effective training to ensure everyone is on the same page.

 

  • Our members of staff undergo training on slavery and human trafficking to ensure staff know how to identify indicators of slavery and human trafficking as well as how to report it.
